A recent US Census report names Gainesville as one of the cities in the US with the highest income disparity. WCJB TV 20 (ABC affiliate) interviews UF's David Denslow and Gainesville Tea Party leader Laurie Newsom. "Denslow says there's an opportunity on the horizon. "Plum Creek," the 65-thousand acres of undeveloped land in Alachua County."
